At LashStorePro, we operate from two fulfillment centers:
- Canada Warehouse – Vancouver, BC
- USA Fulfillment – Sharpsburg, GA
Shipping Rates
- Within Canada:
- Flat shipping rate on orders under CAD $125
- Free courier shipping on all orders over CAD $125
- Within USA:
- Free shipping on orders over USD $75
- Standard shipping rates apply to orders below this threshold
- International shipments from USA or Canada - standard currier rates apply
⚠️ Note: During promotional periods (e.g., Black Friday), free shipping offers may not apply, even if the order exceeds the minimum amount.
Shipping Internationally:
Please note, we do everything possible to make sure you are paying the cheapest delivery rates, however we cannot be responsible for additional charges such as duties/ local taxes and possible handling fees charged by currier.
🕐 Shipping Schedule
- Orders placed before 4:00 PM (warehouse local time) are typically shipped the same business day
- Orders placed after 4:00 PM ship the next business day
- Deliveries occur Monday through Friday only
📬 PO Boxes & Delivery Times
- We ship to PO Boxes via Canada Post only
- Delivery times range from 2–9 business days depending on your location
- For accurate estimates, visit the Canada Post website
💳 Checkout, Currency & Duties
- Checkout totals include taxes, shipping, and handling
- Your card will be charged in your local currency
- International orders (e.g., Mexico) may incur customs duties, VAT, or brokerage fees, which are the buyer's responsibility
For example, shipments from USA to Mexico may be subject to import taxes or customs clearance fees charged by local authorities. - Packages shipped to Canadian addresses do not require a signature
📦 Product Availability
We work to keep inventory accurate and updated. However, due to fluctuations:
- Out-of-stock items will either be marked accordingly or removed from the site
- If a product becomes unavailable after purchase, we will notify you immediately, cancel the item, and refund any charges
