Politique de remboursement

 

RETURNS

Customers are welcome to return any unwanted items within 14 days of receipt of the parcel. When returning parcels, please be advised that:

 

- Returns, refunds or exchanges can be made only on unopened and unused products.  

- Any and all return fees incurred when posting items back to Lash Store Pro LLC. are customer's responsibility (including postal charges).

- When returning items, the customer is required include the note where specifying their order number.

- All Returns should be made to: Lash Store Pro LLC, 240 Le Paradis Blvd, Sharpsburg, GA, 30277

- Remuneration can be given only when items are received and inspected by our staff members. The customer is therefore advised to send any returns with a trackable option. Items may be subject to 5% restocking fee. 

Returned items can be refunded or exchanged for an alternative item, or replaced like for like. 

REFUNDS

Refunds can be given on any returned item which is sent back within 14 days of receipt, along with a note of the order number and reason for return. 

Once the items have been inspected by the members of our team, the customer will be refunded on the same method of payment they purchased the item with, funds may take up to 10 business days to reach the recipient's account, depending on the recipient's bank.
